In order to make a claim on your product warranty, your sales receipt must be presented as your proof of purchase. We recommend you staple your sales receipt to your instruction booklet and store for future reference to avoid disappointment.
You may have rights implied by state or federal law. Nothing in the terms of this warranty is to be taken to exclude or modify statutory conditions or warranties, which the law does not allow us to exclude or modify.
For a period of (5) five years from date of purchase, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labor, provided a defect in materials and or workmanship has been verified. To obtain these warranty services, please ship or return the product to an authorised Shriro repair agent, with a copy of your sales receipt that shows the date of purchase to the store where purchased. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely using a transport method that confirms receipt by signature.
